  • All content, features, and functionality provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and designs, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your internal business purposes only, subject to these Terms and any applicable license terms.

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit to the services. By submitting content, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content as necessary to provide the services and for related business purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.
